    Does a metal roof need insulation underneath?

    Yes, in Florida it earns its keep twice. It blocks radiant heat in summer and it controls the condensation that forms under metal panels.

    What makes ThermaSheet different from felt or synthetic underlayment?

    Felt only sheds water. ThermaSheet is an ICC-approved underlayment that also reflects heat and adds a thermal break in one layer.

    Can ThermaSheet go over an existing roof deck?

    Yes. It rolls out directly over the deck or old underlayment, and panels install right on top of it.

    How much can ThermaSheet lower my cooling costs?
